Refund policy

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Vonamê piece. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with tags attached. 
  • Proof of purchase is provided (i.e., order number, order update email etc).

2. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Sustainable Return Process

To minimise waste, we encourage exchanges over refunds. If exchanging:

  • We’ll cover return shipping for store credit or a replacement.
  • Refunds (instead of exchanges) incur a 3% restocking fee to offset environmental costs.

4. Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order or personalised items.
  • Products marked "Final Sale" during promotions. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or flawed, contact us within 48 hours at contact@voname.com.au with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A small description and we’ll arrange a free return & replacement or full refund.

6. International Returns

Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email contact@voname.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if eligible) or instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
